To mark 10 years since the introduction of the IR35 rules, an early day Parliamentary motion has been started by the Lib Dem MP, Lorely Burt.
The petition, which is open for all MPs to sign, calls for the government to abolish IR35 as soon as possible and has been backed by 15 MPs to date. If your MP is not on the list you might want to encourage them to sign up?

Well that is certainly one way of celebrating 10 years of IR35 legislation. I wonder if the govt will listen ?
