Lap dancing (plus VAT)

A recent court ruling has stated that lap dancers will now have to charge VAT to their customers. It ruled that the dancers (rather than the gentleman’s club) negotiated directly with clients over money so it is the girls that must charge the VAT.

Just don’t expect to get a VAT receipt from them!
