Service companies - revised guidance

Many concerns and quesitons were raised in respect of the new service company box at page TR4 on the 2007/08 self assessment tax returns.

Following discussions between CIOT & ICAEW and HMRC, revised guidance has now been published concerning the completion of this controversial box.

The bad news is that this information is to be used in identifying possible IR35 challenge cases.
