Tax enquiries - new guidelines

HMRC has published new guidance on how you can expect the Taxman to conduct himself should you be unfortunate enough to be investigated.

So, if you get a knock on the door (or a letter in the post) make sure both your accountant and the Taxman is aware of these new guidelines and that they are enforced where you deem desireable.
